AA Global Sourcing Improve Net Profit advise and introduce productivity and efficiency programmes for small and medium size businesses, which will be designed with you and to your specific needs and it will be cost effective to your business. Our programme is suited for all type of industries and businesses from five to 200 and more employees. We use the following eight-step approach:

1. Hold initial meeting:

This is necessary to find out the client’s needs, what are the goals and directions of the business now and what we can or should do for the business to create a stronger and more competitive business for the challenges that lie ahead. We will give a brief idea and example what we have done and achieved for others this first meeting is free of charge and without obligation.

2. Carry out fact-finding:

Fact-finding is an extremely important component of the communication process, which presents its own special set of problems and opportunities to people working to increase the efficiency and productivity in the day-to-day running of the business. Facts are pieces of information about the company, history, philosophy and may involve technical questions. The goal of fact-finding efforts is to incorporate as much reliable information as possible into the dispute resolution process.

3. Collect / gather figures:

The first step to gathering information about your business is to determine what kind of information you need. All businesses have customers, and most have competition, so getting information on both is essential. We will find out your running cost of the company, how much money your company is spending on salary, rent, electricity, telephone, insurance, repairs, travel, etc. What are the turnover / sales p.a.? (Profit & Loss)

4. Analyse the data:

The analysis of your data is absolutely confidential and a process of inspecting, cleaning, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of highlighting useful information suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision-making to improve your business. Therefore, it is very important to get the right information and figures right from the beginning.

5. Identify wastage:

Organisations are coming under increasing pressure to deliver more with less. With budgets contracting and the need to maintain and improve productivity across the industries there is a need to look at every aspect of how your organisation runs to improve its efficiency. We have to look at labour, material, working hours, opening hours, and all data that we collect before.

6. Present findings and recommendations:

We will call a meeting to present you with the figures of our findings and our recommendations for changes, which we recommend in order to create a stronger and more competitive business for the challenges that lie ahead. A time frame and who is doing what by when, will be established during the meeting.

7. Implement positive changes:

The agreed programme and time schedule, which we recommend, has to be communicated and explained to all concerned people in the company by the Managing Director and I / we will be driving the programme with the responsible people involved. We will hold follow up and status meetings, as necessary.

8. Analyse achieved savings:

Before we start with the programme, we have to set a period and a cost saving target. We have to monitor our activities and make sure we follow the target. We have to continuously define, measure, analyse, improve and control our activities in order to achieve the best possible saving results for our client.
